Coming around lunch or dinner time?
There are plenty of great places to eat just over the border into Providence on East Ave/Hope Street and are super easy to get to (from my loft 95 South to exit 27, take a left off ramp and go straight a few miles, that's it!):

Have pet allergies?
Guard yourself accordingly ahead of time if you are REALLY allergic. However, 99% of the people who visit and do have allergies to pets (cats mainly) have not suffered any symptoms, or at least very minimally. I keep the office side of my loft very clean from pet hair, so there should not be any problems. But do keep this in mind when planning your visit.

95 Southbound from MASS:

• Exit 29 (just over the MA border into RI, do NOT take exit 1 in MA or 30 in RI)

• Second stop sign off the exit ramp bear RIGHT onto Broadway  (it forces you to go this way)

• At light take a RIGHT onto Exchange Street  (D'Angelo's on corner)

• Take your first LEFT into Exchange Court, only about 100 yards down from the lights (NOTE: It is BEFORE the bridge and is tucked well behind the brick mill building along Exchange Street, across from the brick high school, it looks like a driveway not an actual street, but there is a green street sign for it high on a telephone pole as marking)

• Follow drive way (Exchange Court) all the way up to the newly renovated mill building and pull into the empty spots on the fancy brick pavers along the building (one is marked Handicap the others are visitor spots).

• Walk up to the large glass lobby area. There is a key pad thingy on the ride side of the glass entry doors. You will need to enter my unit number to gain access into the building. PRESS: “ # 410 ” to ring my door alert.

• I will answer the call then come out to let you in.

95 Northbound from inside RI:

• Exit 29 (one of the last RI northbound exits)

• Bear LEFT on the off ramp AWAY from Cottage Street

• At top of ramp (at the island) take a HARD LEFT onto Broadway

• At first set of lights take a RIGHT onto Exchange Street (D'Angelo's on corner)

• Take your very first left into Exchange Court, only about 100 yards down from the lights (NOTE: It is BEFORE the bridge and is tucked well behind the brick mill building along Exchange Street, across from the brick high school, it looks like a driveway not an actual street, but there is a green street sign for it high on a telephone pole as marking)

Leaving the lofts...
Getting to the highway is so incredibly easy! It will take you about 30 to 60 seconds to reach the on ramps.


To 95 Southbound from the loft:

• Exit parking garage and go to end of RiverFront Lofts driveway (facing school)

• Take a RIGHT onto the main road (Exchange Street)

• At the light at the top of the hill in front of you (Broadway) you can only take a right and the island will force you to the right direction, however, you will actually go slightly straight across (not over the bridge!) as the 95 South on ramp is right in front of you when you are sitting at the light. If you mess up and take a right and miss the ramp you can simply make 4 lefts around the one way (that goes over the highway) and come back to the 95 South on ramp from the other direction.


To 95 Northbound from the loft:

• Exit parking garage and go to end of RiverFront Lofts driveway (facing school)

• Take a RIGHT onto the main road (Exchange Street)

• At the light at the top of the hill in front of you (Broadway) take a RIGHT

• The road will fork in front of you - take a LEFT (you will go over 95)

• At the next fork in front you take a RIGHT and the 95 North on ramp is right in front of you on the right BEFORE the intersection light.
