A warm and fuzzy email sent with contract

I love being appreciated, don't we all? :) This was a really nice email sent telling me why I was booked.

Hello Kristin,

The contract and deposit are in the mail, but I wanted to send along a little note to express our excitement. Bruce knew from the second he saw your orange wall (the same color we just painted in our entertainment room) that you were the artist he wanted to capture our wedding. He keeps commenting on how you capture such texture in your photos. The second you shut the door on Thursday, he said you were it. I want to express my relief. With my photography background (although very short), the processes of finding a photographer whose work would live up to my heighten expectations was daunting. But all the stress went away after meeting you and looking through your portfolios. What blows me away is the emotion and those little moments of the guests enjoying themselves that would normally be lost, but you capture them forever. You capture those little things, whether emotions which are difficult to get or details which are often overlooked, that I have found lacking in so many other wedding photographers we have looked at. If we feel this way looking at your other clients' wedding images, imagine when they are our own. On top of all that, your personality shines and we look forward to sharing one of the best days of our lives with you. Working with you is a treat in which we are very excited.

Warmest regards,
Stephanie and Bruce
